1. A Creative Tool, Not a Publisher

FlyStory helps you turn an idea into a scene-based video draft: script, visuals, narration, music, and an exported MP4. We do not review, approve, or take editorial responsibility for what you create or share.

This Disclaimer sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It does not replace them, and it does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. AI Output Limitations

Scripts, scene splits, image prompts, AI images, AI video clips, captions, voices, music suggestions, and finished exports may contain mistakes, artifacts, omissions, bias, or inaccurate information. Always review and edit before you publish or rely on an output.

• Outputs may not be unique. Similar videos can be generated for other users from similar ideas or prompts.
• An output may be ineligible for copyright protection in some places, and we do not guarantee originality or exclusivity.
• Stock visuals, generated media, and voice models can look or sound similar to existing works. Similarity is not clearance.

3. No Guarantee of Platform Approval or Monetization

FlyStory is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or other distribution platforms. We do not guarantee that a video will be approved, distributed, ranked, monetized, or remain available.

Platform policies, algorithms, account reviews, and enforcement actions can change without notice. You remain responsible for every destination where you post a FlyStory export.

4. Copyright, Music, Stock, and Uploads

You must have the rights needed for every prompt, script, image, video, logo, trademark, face, voice, URL, and source file you upload or ask FlyStory to process. This includes source videos used for auto clipping.

A paid plan or commercial-use entitlement does not clear third-party rights. It does not guarantee that an export is copyrightable, exclusive, or free from infringement claims.

5. Faces, Voices, and Synthetic Media

Do not use another person’s face, voice, identity, or likeness without lawful permission. Do not create deceptive impersonations, false endorsements, non-consensual intimate media, or misleading representations of a real person.

You are responsible for any AI-generated, synthetic-media, sponsorship, testimonial, or endorsement disclosure required by law or by the platform where you publish.

6. Advertising and Commercial Claims

If you use a FlyStory video in an ad, pitch, testimonial, or other commercial message, you alone are responsible for accuracy, evidence, legality, and required disclosures. FlyStory does not review or approve your claims.

7. Earnings and Business Results

Examples of audience growth, views, engagement, client income, sales, or time saved are illustrative only. Results vary with market conditions, video quality, offer, execution, and platform rules. No earnings, traffic, ranking, or business result is guaranteed.

8. Professional and High-Stakes Information

FlyStory does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Do not treat AI scripts or videos as a substitute for qualified professional judgment, especially where an error could affect health, safety, money, rights, or legal duties.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party AI, hosting, payment, rendering, voice, and media providers. We do not control their availability, output quality, prices, policies, or account actions, and we are not responsible for interruptions or changes outside our reasonable control.

10. Export Times and Availability

Export and generation times are estimates. They can vary with project complexity, queue demand, internet conditions, plan priority, maintenance, and third-party capacity. No specific completion time or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

11. Credits and Plans

Credits, plan limits, and action costs can change as providers and the Service evolve. A credit balance is not a promise of a particular model, quality, speed, or commercial result. Unused plan credits do not carry over unless we say otherwise at checkout.

12. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for complying with applicable law, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy and publicity rights, consumer-protection rules, and the terms of every platform where you publish. FlyStory may suspend accounts that violate the Terms or create legal, security, or operational risk.

13. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyStory is provided “as is” and “as available.” Detailed warranty disclaimers and limits on liability are in the Terms of Service.

14. Acknowledgment

By using FlyStory, you acknowledge that AI tools require human review and that you remain responsible for every video you create, export, publish, advertise, sell, or distribute.
