Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not create, generate, upload, export, or share through FlyStory. It is part of our Terms of Service. If this Policy and the Terms conflict, the stricter rule applies.

FlyStory is a tool for making short-form videos. Allowed uses include original scripts, educational and entertainment videos, product explainers, and other non-adult creative work that you have the rights to make.

2. Adult, NSFW, and sexual content

You must not use FlyStory to generate NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.

This is a complete prohibition on adult sexual material. It applies to prompts, scripts, images, video, audio, character descriptions, and finished exports. It is not limited to sexual content involving minors or non-consensual sexual content.

You agree not to create, request, generate, upload, or distribute:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit images, video, audio, or text, including AI-generated material.
• Sexually suggestive or erotic content, including nudity intended as adult material.
• Sexual content involving minors, anyone 17 or under, or anyone who appears to be a minor. This is strictly forbidden.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including intimate imagery created without the depicted person’s consent.

3. Other harmful generation

You also must not use the Service to generate or distribute harmful content, including:

• Hate, harassment, or demeaning depictions of people, cultures, religions, or protected groups.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or real-world criminal activity.
• Graphic sexual violence, or content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
• Misinformation or disinformation intended to deceive or cause harm.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Deceptive impersonations, face-swap tools used to fake a real person, or deepfakes that could confuse someone about what a real person said or did.

4. Enforcement

We may refuse, limit, or remove generations that violate this Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or reverse credits spent on prohibited requests, and report illegal activity when required by law.

Attempting to bypass filters, rephrase a blocked prompt to obtain the same prohibited output, or using another account after a ban is also a violation.
